1. Makupad na Staff - Galit ang basihan ng Queue bes, pag binigyan ka nung pang intay na bilog hanggatdi ka nagagalit di ka iaaccomodate 2. Lumang Facilities - okay lang naman na luma para vintage effect pero sana GUMAGANA! ilang beses nalobat yung lock ng door namin mga bes to think na EXECUTIVE ROOM yun ha. napaka HASSLE kase kailangan mo magpunta PERDONAL sa front desk para magreport. 3. LAMOK and LANGAW infested rooms - kung kaya mo magbitbit ng KATOL gawin mo bes. para habang nasa dagat kayo may katol yung room niyo kasi pang jurassic world ang mga lamok bhie! Kung medyo angat angat ka sa laylayan dala ka ng citronella or anti lamok lotion and all pero if hampas lupa ka katol is okay or kaibiganin mo ung mga lamok. 4. in relation to number 1 - SLOW CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCESS - Dala po tayo ng pasensya or mag histerya po kayo sa front desk para asikasuhin po kayo, opo, choose your battles po. kung madami kayo time to waste, this place is PURFECT for you pero if may senior po kayo na irita na, batang nagsusumigaw at nagwawala eh sa bahay na lang po tayo. 5. Breakfast buffet - meh. for 650 pesos ndi worth it bhie kaso law of supply and demand wala ka namang choice so bye ₱650. infairness sa kape nakakakaba siya kase brewed barako coffee of batangas, the Corned Beef and tocino ay home made (if taga south ka you will know - if ur from Manila weird ito for you) if you are from outside PH well they have bread and eggs so i think ur good.

Sana maayos yun mga rooms kasi hindi worth it yun 5k/night.

Yun swimming pool.

Lahat ng rooms na na assigned sa amin ay may defect, Sira ang pito papunta sa balcony, nagbbrown out, dahil nag trup un circuit breaker. nag fflicker un mga ilaw. palagi kaming natawag ng maintenance to open the door.

Beach lang maganda. May mga staff na mababait.

Lumang luma na ang rooms, maingay ang a/c at mahina pa. Madumi talaga ang mga rooms ang baho na ng bath tub pag binuksan ang tubig, nanggagaling sa mga sink ang baho, nalabas lang ang amoy pag inopen na ang tubig. Hinde worth ang ibabayad mo. Ok lang kung luma na eh, pero yung ingay ng ac, dumi ng veranda at rooms at baho ng banyo talagang di ka makaka relax.

「絶対に泊まっていけないホテル」

エグゼクティブスイートを予約最初の部屋５階。海、プールで泳いだあと部屋に帰りシャワーを浴びようとしたが、水が出なくシャワーがほとんど使えず、お湯も出なく、バスダブのシャワーは壊れていた為、部屋を１階に交換。シャワーのお湯は出たが、温度調整ができなかった。あきらめて寝ました。夜中３時にトイレに起きて使用し流したら、逆流し排水溝から汚物が溢れバスルームが汚物まみれになった。さすがに我慢できず朝4時にホテルを出て帰った。金は返金との事らしいが、そんなもんだいではない。楽しみにしていた休暇でゆっくりするつもりが、考えられない最悪の事態になった。こんなホテルは勿論二度と来る事はないが、紹介リストから除外するべきだ。こんなホテルを紹介した、bookingcomにも腹立たしい。

A good place, nothing too exiting but surely a nice few days

Fantastic location with a private area and breach.

Well the spa wasn’t open anymore, a smoking area didn’t have any seat to relax, no shadow just under the sun and not even some umbrella.

It's a good and enjoyable stay

Beach, relaxing ambiance, helpful staff The hotel is old and not well maintained, but it's manageable, value for money because it's not that expensive compared to nearby resort that we stayed before but you still really enjoy the beach, its sand and pool. It was one of the best beaches I saw in the nasugbu area. The water from the faucet is strong. The staffs are considerate.

Expensive food and water activities. Old hotel room, patios.

The food on the buffet table was always empty and took so long to refill it. Same with the spoon, fork and plates. Needs to improve on the service.

good: breakfast, location, beach side, quiet and peaceful since there were not much guests when we checked in, ample parking space, easy to find via waze, near Tagaytay I had a great experience here back in 2015 which is why I returned this year

bad: facilities, room and building look old and dilapidated maybe not maintained during the pandemic, they badly need renovation and makeover, aircon was noisy, corridors and stairways are wet, there was no spa nor massage (even if their name is canyon cove hotel & spa which disappointed me), upon checking in room wasn't ready yet even if there were not much guests since it's a weekday, no wifi! far from the experience I had back in 2015

Great place, so-so restaurant lacking menu

I always liked canyon cove because of the beach, pool acess from the main road. The breakfast is ok but they could add fruits and other variety for the price you pay, I expect extra on food. On the Sunday dinner, not much choice and lack of entertainment like a few years back.

No evening activities unlike better. Restaurant menu is reduced from before. Other resorts offer more
